1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons chai seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

3/4 cup peanut butter

3 squeezes of honey
